because pressure is inversely proportional to the area. A blunt knife has sharp edges so it can exert more pressure unlike the blunt once which has a greater edge area than the sharp one.✔✔✔✔✔✔

HEY DEAR_______❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
HERE IS THE ANSWER:-
=>It is easier to cut an apple with a sharp knife than a blunt one because the used surface of sharp knife to cut the apple has low area that means the pressure will be high there.
As pressure increases means area decreases that is why the more force and pressure can be applied on apple by sharp knife rather than a blunt one.
