why it is easy to charge a comb by rubbing not a metal spoot. plzz plzzz give right answer plzzz

Because comb is an insulator . It can reside the charge you give to it through friction and as it does it conducts and become neutral , we say that excess charged comb as charged while in the case of the metal it can conduct the charge and charge you gave to it earths away through your body as ur body is a conductor too

because the plastic comb is neutral and rubbed to get charged. plastic is placed before the .spoon.
