Why it is happening that sometimes when I open my windows 10 laptop then it shows only a black screen and nothing else?
To open it every time in such situation I have to force sign out by pressing ctrl+alt+del and then when I sign in it open's normally. How to solve this?

I think that your laptop is either too old or is affected by some virus. You should take it to service as fast as possible to keep your laptop safe.
