The simple answer for this - If we learn to ride bike then it is easy to go from one place to another in less time, if you not learnt to ride bike it requires more effort and more time to you.

Like this if you learn Computer(also internet) then you can easily explore information of your interest in easy way, your information will be well organised. If you not aware of computer( and internet) it is difficult to gather information of your interest.

In this competitive world we have to update ourselves to newer technologies which is helpful in all the sectors. We need to learn computer because computers are every where.

If you learn computer then it is easy to you operate computer like devices smartphones, smartwatch, etc...
