why IT is not included in cbse syllabus?

from the previous year CBSE board left a subject computer it technology and PSA from class 9th and from the next years it will implemented and the IP book maybe reading in the school

IT is informatics technology.... probably... but as per my knowledge.... it is there in IP book of class 11 and 12.. i think this was the IT u want to know
