Why kocchi hasa lesser annual range of temperaturw than luchnow?

Kochi has less annual range of temperature than Lucknow because lucknow being away from the sea experiences continental type of climate i.e either toi hot or cold..also it is near to the tropic of cancer therefore it has high temperature nd kochi being near to the sea experiences maritime or Oceanic type of climate..i.e neither too hot and neither too cold..due to the moderating influence of the sea. Thus kochi has lesser annual range of temp than Lucknow
