Light is a form of radiation which is also known as electromagnetic wave .
The question is interesting : If light is neither electromagnetic nor magnetic , then why is it called electromagnetic wave ?
Well light is not electromagnetic but it is a form of energy which is transmitted from a region of high electromagnetic potential to a region of high electromagnetic potential.
Light particles are called photons .
And in fact it is proved by scientists that the light has some connection with gravity .
There fore it is called so .
