why liquids attract the dust particles? please answer me quickly

liquid lubricants have a very high permitibility hence they attract dust particles.

Well, there is nothing like *Liquids attract dust particles*
But we see that dust particles stick to a wet floor quite easily, it's just because liquid holds dust particles
Reason for this => If the liquid is a lubricant, because of high permittivity, they will attract dust particles.
And maybe another reason is because dust particles are electrically charged?
