Here is your answer! ! !

The revolution of the Earth on an inclined Axis causes an Apparent Migration of the sun.

The sun is vertically overhead at equator on 21st March. After 21st March the sun appears to move northwards and reaches the Tropic of Cancer on 21st june. During this period , the major pressure and wind belts move northwards from their average position.

After 21st june there is an Apparent movement of the Sun Southwards . On 23 September the sun's rays are overhead at equator . After 23 September the sun appears to move south of the equator and reaches the Tropic of Cancer on 22nd December. During this period the pressure and wind belts move south wards.

Due to this there is a poleward migration of the pressure and wind belts during the summer season and equatorward migration during the winter season. The shifting of major pressure and wind belts is about 5° to 10° from their average position.

Hope it helps you ! ! !
