why making antiviral medicine is more harder than making antibacterial medicine

Making of antiviral medicines is difficult than making anti bacterial drugs because viruses are non living entity that have few biochemical mechanisms of their own and they enter our cells to use our cellular machinery for their life processes which can harm us.
