why merrismatic tissue found only and only in plant?and why not in animal?

bcoz they are plant tissues.

meristematic tissues are plant tissue which are responsible for growth in plants by cell division while most animals like humans secrete growth hormone also cells of meristems are specialized like a plant cell having cell wall large vacoule etc.
