Before we can message to anyone on brainly after answering few questions like 5 to 10.

And people are misusing brainly by chatting but not by helping others by answering, so after lots of discussions they kept new rule and that is one should answer 1000 answers to open inbox

But with moderators u can talk with out answering for asking your queries.

And also it is safe for us to block messaging option because here we need to help others by answering their questions.
