Why mixture does not have a fixed melting or a fixed boling Point

Due to Different composition and properties of it . For example : iron is hard , but plastic is flexible .... It also depends on intermolecular space and intermolecular force .....THANK YOU

Mixtures have more than one substance inside it. When more solutes are present in a mixture, the melting and boiling point are changed.

For example, salt water. Add more salt, and the mixture will freeze at a lower temperature.......................... ^_^
