Why moment of electei dipole is from negative to positive?

There is no need of a big theory to explain the direction of a dipole moment. It's just because the charge of an electron is negative (by convention). ... If you have a negative and positive charge, this relation gives you the direction from negative to positive.

the flow of electron takes place from higher potential to lower potential so charge must flow against the current negative to positive so it is taken negative to positive .
