Here's the answer !!

Monozygotic twins mean that they are formed by the division of a single zygote into two different zygote. Since it is a single zygote the chromosome fertilized will be either X or Y. Hence after division also the same chromosome will be present in both the zygotes. Hence monozygotic twins have the same sex or gender.
