bcoz it is more exposed to sunlight and heat ,hence the chlorophyll becomes brighter....

Most leaves have the upper surface greener and shinier than the lower ones because : the upper surface of the leaves have more chloroplasts which help in photosynthesis. Also the thick cuticle layer on the upper surface of the leaf makes it shiny. That is because sunlight falls on the top.
