no it is only a a symbol govt. buses
but I don't think so because in my place there are many private schoolbus which also come in yellow colour

Hope my friend knows that ln lndia ,Govt institutions are painted yellow as to symbolys that its Govt based.Similiarly most bus are painted yellow to demonstrate the same intention
