Why most of the food products found in nature are slightly acidic

This is because of the fertilizers used by the farmers, pollution which may contain harmful gases, rain which may occur as a acid rain because of the harmful particles present in the rain. And the one who force to happen this is humans because of human activities the food products found in nature are slightly acidic.
