Why most prosperous regons in india has adverse se ratio?

By judging someone's mentality from his background like economic and social background is itself narrow minded thinking.

Although according to census of 2011 the state which has high per capita income and more contribution in GDP has lower sex ratio as compare to state with lower per capita income.
Delhi which ranks 2nd in list of per capita income has 32nd rank in list of sex ratio with sex ratio of 868, similarly, Haryana which ranks 6th in list of per capita income has 30th rank in list of sex ratio with sex ratio of 861.
Some reason of this unexpected variations in sex ratio are as follows:

States with high per capita income are developed and facilities like abortion are easily available there.
Ultrasound technique to check whether the foetus is girl or boy though illegal is available in cities only.
Patriarchal attitude of states favour male child. Moreover other social evils like dowry etc are also reponsible for this unexpected variations in sex ratio.
