When mighty empires like that of the Great Mughals decays and falls, it is because many factors and forces have been at work. The beginnings of the decline of the Mughal Empire are to be traced to the strong rule of Aurangzeb.

Hey

The period of the Great Mughals which began in 1526 with Babur' s accession to the throne ended with the death of Aurangzeb in 1707. Aurangzeb death marked the end of an era in Indian history.... Yet, within about fifty years of his death, the mughal Empire disintegrated.....
