atomic number for N2 is 14
in N2+ one electron is lost so 14-1=13
in N2- one electron is gained so 14+1=15
in N2+ one electron is lost so 14-1=13

N2 = 14 electrons
N2+ = 13 , because the positive charge says that the molecule has loose one electron . Nowwww the no. Of protons = 14 > no. Of electrons = 13
Thats why it has a positive charge
In the second case
N2- = 15 electrons
Because it gained an electron from nearby atoms . And hence its negativity increased because the no. Of electrons now > protons
And hence it has 15 electrons
Hope u understood :))))
