why NASA don't go back for moon

back there when NASA went to the moon there was a race between Russia and America to prove which nation is good in everything and there was another reason when they go to the moon they collected all the information about the moon. so there is no need to go there again that is why ISRO is not planning to go in the moon it is planning to send people to the mars
