Why needle should be disconnected after giving injection?

Yes, because if anyone try to use that injection again with that needle. so, it can be infected us.

because if the patient use same needle as one person already use it and he/she suffer from any disease then that patient also infect and sometime it may be leads to such kind of diseases such as AIDS
