Dear Friend !

Newton’s First Law

An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

example -You can relate when you get down from running bus or the bus is braking to stop .

HINDI Translation :JAB TUM DAUDTE HO CHALTI BUS MEIN CHADNE K LIYE YA UTARTE HO CHALTI BUS SE UTARNE K LIYE .

the Newton's first law of motion is also known as Law of Inertia because inertia is a state of a substance in which That substance is not able to change its state from Motion to rest or from rest to motion until and unless an external force is applied on it.when an external force is applied on a substance weather in rest or motion it can change the state of substance from rest To motion or from Motion to rest or it can change its direction.
so that was the definition of inertia given by Newton.
therefore the first law of motion given by newton is also known as Law of Inertia
