Phosphide: P3- 1S2 2S2 2P6 3S2 3P3

Nitrogen small size so effect of central positive charge is more on outer most electrons. So electron affinity of nitrogen is more than phosphorous which is comparatively large in size . So N3- is mote stable than P3-
