Why nitrogen have valency has 4 I.e N+4 but it's electronic configuration is 2,5 so it should be 3 . Explain why

Nitrogen has valency 3 not 4 as it for NH3 it has 3 valence electrons in its outermost shell and need only 3 electron to complete its octet
