There are DNA viruses, and then there are RNA viruses. However, there are no viruses I know of that are both RNA and DNA.

But,

we can see that is Retrovirus both .....

Take the example of retrovirus. They have two single stranded RNA. But when they are in host the RNA is transcripted into DNA. The DNA is used for further RNA formation, coding for protein of the virus. Then the virus forms again and attack another cell. So technically you can say they have both RNA and DNA though retrovirus are classified as RNA virus.

Answer:

Virus do not Contains DNA and RNA because they reproduce on their own and technically are not similar to cellular structure. Hence, Virus do not have cell organelles.
