why non luminous bodies become visible when light form same other source is made to fall on them

hey dude,

They become visible because they reflect part of the light that strikes them. If this were not the case, we would be unable to see each other, or most of the other objects around us.

Because some of that light as reflected in the direction of the viewer.

This is because when light falls on non luminous body it reflects back some of the light, which enters our pupil, making us enabled to see the non luminous body.
