Plasma cells are large lymphocyteswith a considerable nucleus-to-cytoplasm ratio and a characteristicappearance on light microscopy. Theyhave amphophilic cytoplasm and an eccentric nucleus withheterochromatin in a characteristiccartwheel or clock face arrangement
