why only one light ray comes from star to earth?

An object like an ordinary star is similar to our Sun and hence is at least 100,000 kms in diameter. Hence there are myriads of light rays emanating from such an object. However, just because it is so far away (trillion(s) of kms), it appears as a point source of light. That does not mean that there is only one ray of light coming from the star!

their are many light Ray it can be infinte also....
We can't count then with naked eye...
An light Ray travel lights years to come to us...
