HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER--

why only plant cell has cell cover...why not animal cells?

The cell wall gives the plant cell a more definite shape than an animal cell. Animal cells do not have a cell wall. They are surrounded by a cell membrane only. ... Plant cells have a central cell vacuole filled with fluid, called cell sap.

Answer:

Plant cell have cell walls but animal cell don't have because it provides strength and protect it from injury because plant is a stationary living thing so it have to endure all the natural phenomena occuring in the environment.
