Why only women has mensturation? Why not men?

the simple reason why men's don't have mesuration because it means that men's daint have female reproductive system which produces eggs every 28 days and for your kinda of info men's have a reproductive system which produces gamates...... Brainlist if u like it

Hii..
Women have uterus and ovaries which r main organs responsible for menstrual cycle..
In female ovulation of egg from ovaries occurs every 28 days ..which when not fertilised shed out in the form of blood ..termed as menstrual cycle..
In men no such procedure occurs due to different reproductive structures ..hence this phenomena is not seen in males
