why our shadow be black in colour

This happens because of Rayleigh scattering, the same property that causes the sky to appear blue. The opaque object is able to block the light of the sun, but not the ambient light of the sky which is blue as the atmosphere molecules scatter blue light more effectively. As a result, the shadow appears bluish.

A shadow appears to black when the light that is causing an object to cast a shadow, is white. The shadows will be the opposite color of the light that is thrown. In the winter, take a look st the shadows cast on the snow, when the sun is low and very yellow-orange. The shadows wil be a dark violet-blue. In a dark room, with only a red light, the shadow will be green.....
