to illustrate this I give you example to you
when I was went in my field there was a government cannel goes near it to provide water for formers when I was sat near it i saw when water is flowing from cannel i saw ring structure like galaxies flowing through it with different speed at some distance they were distroyed
the same thing can happen with the universe
there must be a flowing source like hydrogen gas or dark energy like water in cannel
that galaxies are flowing through it and after billions of years latter that galaxies will disappear like rings disappear from water in channel so for this reason that galaxies flows with different speed in 1978 scientists got wow signal of alliens for short while that another galaxy go away from our galexy
