Why p4O10 is used in preparation of carbon suboxide ??why H2SO4not??

p4O10 used in population of carbon suboxide is said because this is small gas but H2So4 is a very hard and it is harmful but we p4010 is not harmful for anyone but H2So4 of a very harmful.
