Pakistan is not democratic because although govt is 'elected by people', sources say that the govt is in control of the military. Even today we can see many policies of Imran Khan favouring the military. That explains terrorist funding as well

Pakistan cannot be called a democratic country is that true sense because it doesn't provide the decision making power elected representative.all power of decision making lies in the hand of the military . but we can't say that there is no cositiution there is constitution . in 2001 the military dictator Parvez mushrraf ammended the cositiution...even current prime minister of Pakistan was chosen by military.
