this chateaux is attacked by the peasants because they do not get the proper wages for their work they do not have amount of money for their own therefore in the pressure in which he don't have any other option for the the livelihood of its home and its family therefore the peasants in several districts attacked chateaux..

Peasants were feared that if the people hired by lords of manor would burn their crops(which was just a rumour), what will they eat .So to protect their future,they attacked chateau in search of food so that they could survive.
