why people are employed in secondary sector as compared to primary sector

secondary sector is also known as industrial sector .
people are employed in secondary sector as compared to primary sector because ptimary sector includes land or land activities which are very hard to do .also we are litreate we have knowledge about the land ,fertilizers etc.which are good for land purpose
but in secondary sector there is both person are able to do work either it is literate aur illiterate there is no matter both are essential for work in secondary sector
another reason is that
in priamry sector people are employed seasonaly it is dependent on season
but in secondary sector it is not dependent on season we are able to work whole year
