Why people don't value themselves.

People dont value themselves because they are compared to others. Maybe you feel you look good but when seeing someone prettier, you feel bad about yourself. There are many that make fun and call others worthless which is also a reason. other than that, everything feels worse than it already is when it comes from you or is yours because you feel that it could be better. But when someone else has the exact same thing, they feel the opposite way. That is why people don't value themselves.
