Why people is important to society

Because people are the most important resource known as human resource.Without them,the society will not develop.But all people are not an asset for the society.Unemployed and people with poor health are a liability to the society.Otherwise,people can contribute a lot to society and society can make use of them as human resources. • People are important to society.
• First of all, people are the ones who make society. When people coexist and cooperate in their daily lives, they develop a way of life. They develop rules and codes of conduct, written or unwritten. This is what makes a society.
• Secondly, keeping it aside, people are like resources to a society. People make use of the natural resources to sustain themselves and make up the economy and work for it.
• A society is defined by what kind of sector its people are engaged in, what is their level of literacy, how supportive they are and what culture they create.
• A society's development is defined by the health condition of its people, the education of its children, employment opportunities of its population and care for its old aged.
