Hexanol has more tendency to donate its electrons than Phenol since the electron pair in phenol is held by resonance.
Hence phenol is acidic.
Hence phenol is acidic.

Well, phenol is acidic in nature because phenol produce phenoxide ion by losing the proton , these phenoxide ion have the effect of resonance so they are more stable . While in case of hexanol, hexoxide ions are formed with loss of protons but you will not find any resonance effect in this situation.
So the phenol are more acidic to the NaOH solution due it's characteristics of loosing proton in the NaOH solution.
