Why phosphoric acid is a weak acid even it can dissociate at a large extent?

Like for eg. conjugate base of HCl is a weak base Cl-. thus when we examine the carbonic acid, H2CO3, when it loses a proton, H+, the base formed. We can treat the concentration of H2O as a constant and combine it with to obtain a ...
