hiii,
White phosphorous reacts very fast with atmospheric oxygen and catches fire so it is dipped in water to prevent it from oxygen gas supply because it is insoluble in water.
While, Na and K are soft metals which are highly reactive with water and catches fire even with moisture and so they are kept in kerosine which prevents water to reach to the metals.
