As animals do not follow the process of photosynthesis therefore they don't have photosynthetic tissues.
As plants don't move from their places they don't need muscle cells as they don't support locomotion.

Photosynthetic tissues are not found in animals because there is no need of it for us.
The function of those tissues is to help in photosynthesis and as we can't perform photosynthesis we don't need em.
And due to contraction and relaxation of muscle tissue locomotion is possible.
But plants doesn't move anywhere...plants can't change the place according to its environment.
so plants don't have muscle cells.
Hope it helps. :)
