Planet don't twinkling because planet is near the earth so light donot passes more dust particle .so not twinkling.

Us we know that the planet have on its own light or no so far as star... due to this planet reflect the light that comes from the sun and other light source.. due to less distance from the earth the reflected light of the planet do not reflect or band so l.. the planet don't appear twinkle..
