Plants have different type of tissues as they have different living conditions .eg-
(1) plants are static at one place .so, they need to have some kind of mechanical support provided by sclerenchymous tissues while animals are mobile so they have miscle fibers to help them in location
(2)plants obtain their nutrition from soil mostly in form of nutrients dissolved in water .hence teir conduction system is made up of xylem and phloem while animals have heart and blood vessels for circulation of nutrients.
These are few of many numerous points of difference which led plants and animals to have different kind of tissues
