Why plants animals are made of different types of tissues ????

This is because plants and animals are totally different. For example plants make their own food, so they use parenchyma, collenchyma, shlerenchyma,xylem and phloem(though they are conducting tissues).
Humans do not make their own food, they depend on plants and animals. So they have different tissues.

For example, groups of bone cells form bone tissues and muscle cells form muscle tissue.
