plants are called as universal providers because they capture energy from the sunlight and prepare their own food by the process of photosynthesis . They provide the animals and human beings with the food to eat .They also increase the level of oxygen in the atmosphere and maintain a proper balance in the ecosystem . They decrease the amount of carbondioxide present in the atmosphere.
