why plasmolysis can only be easily observed in plant cells​

Plasmolysis is the process in which cells lose water (by the process of osmosis) in a hypertonic solution, the cell shrinks away from the cell wall (leaving a gap between them).

Plasmolysis occurs only in plant ells and not in animal cells because animals cells don't have cell walls in them.

And also because only plant cells have a cell membrane which is surrounded by a semi-rigid (to rigid in some cases) cell wall.
