In 2005, Eris, a dwarf planet in the scattered disc which is 27% more massive than Pluto, was discovered. Therefore the scientist have to change the defination of the term'PLANET'. This the reason why Pluto is considered as a Dwarf planet. I don't think so there are aliens on that planet.
